Kathleen has completed training in STOTT Pilates Mat, Reformer, and CCB (Cadillac, Chair and Barrels) and is certified in STOTT Mat and Reformer Level 1.
Kathleen has taught and trained at
many local studios and clubs and has
numerous years of working in the
fitness business. Kathleen holds a
Master’s Degree in Cardiovascular
Health and Exercise from
Northeastern University and a BFA in Dance from the Boston
Conservatory. She strongly
believes that practicing Pilates can
bring positive changes to her
client’s bodies including
strengthened abdominal and back
muscles, improved alignment,
increased flexibility and heightened
body awareness.
When not instructing or training,
Kathleen enjoys living a healthy
lifestyle, reading, creative
vegetarian cooking and spending time
with her family. |
