RECOMMENDED PROPS for ONLINE CLASSES : 

In addition to a sturdy chair, a throw pillow, light or medium hand weights, and ankle weights (always optional), most classes use a 36 inch foam roller and a blue or black 5 foot long thera-band (any color/ resistance level thera-band could work). Purchase links for these props are on our Physical Therapy page. There are also specialty classes using gliding discs, TRX, Magic Circles, BOSU's, ect.
